The Platform API at api.platform.amigo.ai powers enterprise voice and traditional healthcare deployments: phone-based agents, EHR (Electronic Health Records) integration, operator escalation, FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) clinical data, quality evaluation, and compliance controls. It is workspace-scoped. Most management endpoints accept a workspace API key presented as a Bearer credential; identity- and session-oriented routes may instead require an issued scoped bearer token. In either case, the credential's workspace must match the request path. To get set up, start with the Developer Guide getting started page.
